Dr. Glenn Miya is board certified in Internal medicine and Pediatrics. He graduated from USC and received his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine. He completed his residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dr. Glenn's focus on wellness can be attributed to his years of gymnastics and karate competitions.
Dr. Glenn is a writer, broadcaster, and award-winning public speaker. He has been featured internationally on PBS, NPR, CBS Radio, Spectrum Cable, LOGO TV, the Advocate, Stern Magazine, and And Baby.He was a co-founder of KIDFIT, a nutrition and fitness program for overweight children. He also produced medical news programs for National Public Radio and PBS affiliate KVCR-24 in San Bernardino, CA.
He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Media Section, the American College of Physicians, the Mayo Clinic's Social Media Health Network, and the One Health Initiative.
